We acknowledge that there is an enormous amount of work to be done in reimagining our community from the ground up. This work won't be accomplished in a few months, and will require the consistent energy of all of us in ISC. We look forward to new voices joining our spaces to help create inclusive organizations striving for anti-racism and excellence. 
The compact is ISC's commitment and action plan for this year.
